  • On average, a two-car garage floor takes one to two days. A 10,000 square foot commercial floor takes three days. Both estimates depend on the existing condition of the floor. We use a rapid cure solution for concrete floor coatings and with polishing jobs your floors will be ready for use almost immediately.

  • We use a high-powered dustless vacuum system, which virtually eliminates dust. Any dust that is produced is contained in bags and disposed of properly.

  • Use a small amount of liquid soap, such as Joy, and mix it with water. Clean your floor with a neoprene squeegee and use a stiff bristle brush to remove grease.

  • Yes, resurfaced concrete floors can be lightly sanded and recoated if the floor is damaged.

  • Yes, we ensure that the coefficient of friction (COF) maintains a legal OSHA-recommended nonslip level for the life of the floor.

  • Absolutely, and it is a part of our concrete floor resurfacing and coating given that proper flooring prep is crucial. Most concrete floors are four inches thick and crack all the way through. This is why we fill each crack from top to the very bottom.

  • Our garage floor coatings are impervious to de-icing road salts commonly used on Colorado roads.

  • No, our flooring systems are developed to where microscratches are minimal and they retain a high gloss.

  • Bacteria buildup is minimal when concrete floors are properly cleaned. Due to minimal microscratching, bacteria cannot hide. Our flooring systems are ideal for medical, hospital and kennel facilities.
